Courtesy of the BFI, we have three pairs of tickets to give away for their Discover Arab Cinema series.
Through August, September and October, the BFI in London are screening inspiring contemporary and classic films from and about Lebanon, and they have very kindly provided us with three pairs of tickets to give away.
To win all you have to do is answer this question and email your answer with your name and address to marketing@ibtauris.com using the subject line LEBANON:
Who directed the 1998 Lebanese film West Beyrouth (À l’abri les enfants)?
The deadline is 1pm GMT on Friday 22nd August and the three winners will be notified later that afternoon.
The three winners will be able to choose which film they would like to see, and which screening (this is of course subject to availibility). We will reserve the tickets for you and they will be available for collection at the BFI on the day of your chosen screening.
Browse BFI’s Discover Arab Cinema‘s full programme here.
As a little bonus, we will also be giving a copy of Lina Khatib’s Lebanese Cinema: Imagining the Civil War and Beyond to the three winners and three runners-up.
Visit the BFI’s website for the full Discover Arab Cinema programme to help choose which film you want to see.
