Robin Windsor was born on 15 September 1979 in Ipswich, Suffolk, England.
He was one of the most-known dancers in Britain because of his long career in shows like Strictly Come Dancing.
Robin had also represented England at various levels including domestic and international levels.
Further, he had performed in various shows and competitions but was mainly famous for his appearances in Strictly Come Dancing.
He, in total, appeared in five seasons of the BBC television series Strictly Come Dancing and had a consistent performance.
Windsor was born in Ipswich and raised in the Spring Road area.
His dancing career started at the age of three when his parents enrolled him in a local dance school in Ipswich.
Windsor also represented one of the leading ballroom-based shows in the world, Burn the Floor, as he was one of the cast members.
He was on the cast of Burn the Floor from 2003 to 2010 and represented them in five total tours.
From 2010 to 2013 he was on the show Strictly Come Dancing. His last performance on the TV show was in 2015 when he partnered with Alison Hammond.

Robin Windsor had many problems regarding his body during the twelfth season of the show Strictly Come Dancing.
During his long dancing career, Robin picked a back injury. This back injury was so severe that he had to go through surgery on his back.
Thus he was not able to dance that season. He later revealed that he did not want to leave the show but due to safety reasons, he had no choice.
